Chinese Project Manager (Construction)

- Take full responsibility for the organization, execution, and overall management of civil construction projects in the UAE, ensuring the achievement of project objectives in quality, safety, schedule, and cost. - Organize and manage all civil subcontract works, including but not limited to: Earthworks Foundation Works Structural Works Masonry Works Plastering Works Waterproofing Works Structural Steel Works Architectural Finishing Works External Infrastructure and Utility Works - Be responsible for the evaluation, prequalification, tendering, quotation, contract negotiation, and contract administration of local subcontractors and suppliers in the UAE. - Prepare construction execution plans and project schedules, allocate project resources efficiently, and coordinate construction activities among different disciplines and subcontractors. - Manage project quality, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), schedule, cost control, and risk management, while promptly resolving technical and management issues arising on site. - Review quantities, manage variation orders, site instructions, design changes, claims, and final account settlement. - Maintain effective communication and coordination with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, Designers, and UAE Government Authorities to ensure smooth project execution. - Manage the entire project lifecycle, including project mobilization, government approvals, construction, inspections, handover, and project close-out. - Ensure full compliance with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and all applicable laws and statutory requirements. - Assist the company in establishing and continuously improving project management systems and operational efficiency.
