- ● Wolverine Construction is looking for a Lead Carpenter to help lead other carpenters on our Self-Perform Trade teams supporting projects throughout West Michigan.
- ● The Carpenter III Crew Leader performs various trade work, including rough and finish carpentry, doors and hardware, steel stud setting, metal finishes, siding, and general trade specialties. This role involves supervising crews and being self-sufficient as a foreman in any of the listed areas. Proficient in reading architectural, structural, and shop drawings, the Crew Leader ensures safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, notifying the Foreman, Supervisor, Safety, or Human Resources as needed.
