Responsibilities

  • ● Pioneer of online flash sales since 2001 and key player in European e-commerce, Veepee collaborates with over 7,000 brands to offer highly discounted products available for a limited time. Operating across various sectors, including fashion, home, wine, travel or beauty... Veepee achieved a turnover of 3.3 billion euros incl. VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.

  • ● The mission of the Talent team is to drive growth by aligning continuous learning and adaptive training with Veepee strategic objectives. We design and deploy skills development programs to address business challenges and the transformation of roles.
  • ● Reporting directly to our Head of Talent Development, you will join a tight-knit, fast-paced team of 4 people.
  • ● This role is open because our previous Talent Partner grew into a new role internally, proof that we actively practice talent development ;)
  • ● You'll be responsible for the Talent strategy implementation in close collaboration with the HRBPs, HR Directors and Business leaders. You will be responsible to collect, analyze and challenge development needs, plan, organize and follow-up on learning, and even work on the content.
  • ● In addition you are responsible for the implementation of the HR cycle containing the performance reviews, the workload and professional interviews, as well as the Talent Reviews for the group.
  • ● You are the go-to person concerning learning, talent and performance of your scope.
