- ● The Senior Technical Consultant is an experienced, client-facing technical professional responsible for leading the design and hands-on delivery of complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and modern data platform solutions. Operating between the Technical Consultant and Principal Technical Consultant levels, the role combines deep technical execution with solution leadership, consultative problem solving, client engagement, and team enablement.
- ● Senior Technical Consultants independently own significant technical workstreams and solution components, translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations, guide other engineers, and ensure work is tested, documented, secure, maintainable, and production-ready. They are expected to lead through technical credibility and hands-on delivery while escalating enterprise architecture, cross-workstream governance, or critical technical decisions to the Principal Technical Consultant or Solution Architect when appropriate.
- ● Beyond client delivery, Senior Technical Consultants strengthen the Data Practice by mentoring less-experienced technical consultants, contributing reusable engineering patterns and standards, supporting technical discovery and proposal development, and continuously expanding expertise across modern data, cloud, governance, analytics, and AI technologies.
