Lubrication Equipment & Supply (LES), a SunSource company, is located in Phoenix, AZ and Elko, NV and is the premier lubrication products, accessories and lubrication systems provider to heavy industry in the Southwest United States.  <br>www.lubequip.com<br><br><br>Customer Service Representative Lead<br>    <br>GENERAL DESCRIPTION<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of corporate products to business and industrial establishments over the telephone and internet.  The Industrial Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will maintain accounts and conduct day to day activities to keep account customers satisfied. Daily activities include heavy phone and internet correspondence with customers and vendors; source custom, non-standard, value added solutions to customer problems; enter all sales orders and purchase orders into the computer system; and set up part numbers and manage contract files.<br>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<br>•    5 plus years related experience and/or training; or Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>•    Must be able to successfully function in a fast paced, high volume environment utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, etc.<br>•    Knowledge of industrial hose and gasket industry preferred<br>POSITION REQUIREMENTS<br>•    Sell industrial hose and gasket products and maintain customer accounts<br>•    Take orders on the phone and over the internet<br>•    Enter orders and product quotes into the computer system<br>•    Emphasize salable features, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained<br>•    Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules and inventory<br>•    Prepares reports of business transactions in company database<br>•    Works with account managers to keep account activities up to date<br>•    Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries<br>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<br>    High school diploma or equivalent<br>
