Customer Service Representative - Filtration Products - Delhi, OH

Responsibilities

• ● Primary responsibilities will include:
• ● Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email and customer portals
• ● Prepare accurate customer quotations, including pricing, discounts and shipping charges in accordance with company guidelines
• ● Enter customer orders in company ERP system with a high level of accuracy
• ● Monitor and expedite customer orders to help meet required and promised delivery dates
• ● Follow-up on quotes and make outbound calls to support sales growth and customer relationships
• ● Identify areas to up-sell and cross-sell products and solutions based on customer needs
• ● Attend meeting or educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments with the products
• ● Preferred Education and Experience
• ● + years of customer service or inside sales experience in filtration, industrial distribution or a related industry
• ● Proficient with Microsoft office, as well as email and other business software, with Trend ERP experience a plus
• ● Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• ● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• ● Excellent time management skills
• ● Sound judgement and decision-making skills
