This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- ● Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
- ● Process requests related to:
- ● Pricing and quotations
- ● Product availability and delivery schedules
- ● Order status updates
- ● Returns and credits
- ● Order expedites
- ● Product literature and documentation
- ● Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
