About the Role

Rover is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the Provider Product Group inside our Global Provider Organization. In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution of Rover's multi-year provider roadmap: concentrating investment on our most successful providers while engaging our broader community of caregivers to strengthen marketplace depth and develop a high quality pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • ● ving their experience and how they interact with the marketplace at every stage of their journey. This is a high-impact role that requires a unique blend of strategic vision and detailed-oriented, hands-on execution. You will set multi-year product direction and drive rigorous, experiment-led execution. The role carries direct accountability for supply-side revenue, provider retention, and new-customer booking growth.
  • ● This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply based in Barcelona, and partners closely with Data Science, Engineering, Design, Trust & Safety, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and the International Business Team.
  • ● As a people leader, you will manage a team of product managers based primarily in Barcelona and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US.
  • ● This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Barcelona Office in the Poblenou neighborhood two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
