About the Role

This role is for an experienced Head of Research covering a 12 month maternity contract at Moonpig. You will work hybrid in London, 2 days per week, and must be ready to start between late November and early December. Your main focus will be to lead and develop the research team, deliver key research priorities, strengthen the Voice of the Customer, and enable other Moonpig teams to access and use high quality research. You will combine customer insight, behavioural data and commercial context to uncover opportunities for growth and help the business make better decisions, while building strong relationships and maintaining momentum on existing work.
