About the Role
We're looking for a Category Manager to join our Commercial Partner Growth team in London, working hybrid with two days per week in our Central London office. This is a commercial growth and partnerships role at its heart. You'll own a portfolio of experience categories and the partners within them, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and using data and customer insight to drive commercial performance.
Responsibilities

- ● You'll work with both established and emerging partners to grow sales and margin, negotiate commercial agreements and develop new products and propositions that make our offer stand out.
- ● You'll also look beyond today's performance to identify where the next growth opportunity could come from - whether that's a new partner, proposition, format or price point.
- ● You'll have plenty of scope to shape how your categories develop, work across the wider business and lead and support a direct report.
