  • ● At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. This role will be responsible for our payments & transfers products and features. Ensuring customers can seamlessly and easily navigate and manage their payments and transfers, delivering efficiency and scale as we grow.
  • ● In our Core Product Team, we look after the platforms, intelligence, and propositions that help every customer grow long-term wealth.
  • ● This role will be focused on both improving and enhancing the customer experience and ensuring our operational processes remain efficient and secure. You'll span design & execution of new features and services, whilst experimenting with journey improvements plus building the back-end functionality and systems that support our infrastructure.
  • ● Reporting to the Head of Product for Core, you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Customer Support to identify customer problems, shape product improvements, and deliver simple, effective, and compliant experiences.
  • ● This role would suit someone who is customer-focused, structured, analytical, and comfortable working with complex financial products. You don't need to be a payments expert from day one, but you should be motivated to build strong domain knowledge and help customers feel more confident about navigating their finances.
