Responsibilities
- ● Help support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of our global compensation and benefits programs
- ● Focus on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas and foundational compensation analysis
- ● Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
- ● Support our global benefits programs, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting
