Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• ● A strong team is the DNA of our company.
• ● In this role, you make sure that what we design is what we build. You define the quality requirements for our parts and assemblies, qualify suppliers and their parts, set up the inspection and control plans for our assembly, and drive the systematic resolution of the issues that come out of them.
• ● You also keep the system view. Our vehicles integrate mechanical, electrical and software systems on a base vehicle, so quality issues rarely sit inside a single discipline. You analyse them across subsystem boundaries, work with the responsible engineers on root cause, and make sure the fix lands in the design, in the documentation and in the process.
• ● At Flux, you will work in a small team with short decision-making paths. This role is not administrative; it is technical. You will help build up our quality function and bring our vehicles to a robust series production standard.
