Our Services Inside Account Managers (SIAM) are responsible for a specific territory's service revenue. Not limited to but including Renewal Maintenance, Renewal Subscription, Professional Services (where applicable) New Maintenance, and New Subscription revenue. You will quote expiring contracts 90 days in advance and drive these to closure. You are the service expert for your assigned territory. Requirements

  • ● + years in Inside Sales experience required
  • ● Strong telephone communications skills comfortable calling on clients
  • ● Should have a desire to grow your career in Service Sales utilizing Consultative Sales techniques
  • ● Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
  • ● College Degree preferred
  • ● Interest and knowledge of software/hardware technologies preferred
  • ● Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
  • ● Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • ● Strong verbal and written skills
  • ● Up to 5% travel requirement
  • ● Compensation: This role has a market-competitive compensation with an anticipated On Target Earnings compensation range of 70,000 -80,000USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions. Actual compensation offered will depend on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and work location. This role is on a 70/30 split, and the full benefits package described below.
