We seek an experienced Business Analyst, a results-oriented professional passionate about driving business success in a collaborative and distributed environment.

Requirements

  • ● Financial Services Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry to provide insights into industry best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • ● Workflow and Process Flow Analysis: Analyze and optimize business workflows and process flows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • ● Data Mapping and Data Flow Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data mapping and data flow analysis to ensure accurate and efficient data movement across systems.
  • ● Integration Between Different Systems: Facilitate the seamless integration between diverse systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and system interoperability.
  • ● Transactional Systems Experience: Bring expertise in working with transactional systems, understanding their intricacies, and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
  • ● Proficient English Communication: Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

  • ● Nice to Have: Mortgage Industry Experience (US): If you have experience in the Mortgage industry in the US, it will be considered a significant asset, contributing to a nuanced understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • ● Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry.
  • ● Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • ● Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.
  • ● Proficient in data mapping and data flow analysis.
  • ● Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities.
  • ● Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
