  • ● At Renewal by Andersen of Alaska, our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You'll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There's no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance.
  • ● Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
  • ● Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
  • ● Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
  • ● Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
  • ● Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
  • ● Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
  • ● Compensation & Earning Potential
  • ● 19/hour base pay to start
  • ● Performance-based commission (uncapped)
  • ● 78K target total compensation for productive agents
  • ● Top performers earn 100K- 120K+ annually
