Responsibilities
- ● Conduct research, design and development of new technologies or product improvements.
- ● Develop and test prototype designs, ensuring feasibility, functionality and reliability.
- ● Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project implementation and design technical alignment.
- ● Perform engineering analysis, simulations and validation testing to support product development.
- ● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance and manufacturability.
- ● Ensure all designs and site works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications.
- ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure smooth product development cycle.
- ● Identify and evaluate new materials, components, and technologies to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
- ● Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports and development records.
- ● Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product issues or failures.
- ● Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- ● Minimum 2 years and above of experience in design and customer site visit will be an advantage.
- ● Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- ● Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.
