About the Role: We are seeking a high-caliber Quality Manager to take full operational ownership of our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can champion zero-defect initiatives, uphold strict IATF 16949 standards, and manage high-stakes customer relationships and familiar with overseas customer. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Quality Leadership: Establish and drive company-wide quality strategy, quality objectives, and zero-defect initiatives across automotive and E&E product lines. QMS & Audit Management: Take full accountability for maintaining and continuously improving compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, leading all external and customer audit defenses. Customer Interface & Resolution: Serve as the primary quality authority for major automotive and E&E clients local and overseas; oversee PPAP approvals, manage claim resolutions, and drive 8D / CAPA root-cause problem solving. NPI & Core Tools Governance: Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA during new product launches and tooling/die validations. Supplier & Process Quality: Drive vendor quality assurance programs and conduct process Capability Studies to minimize scrap rates and rework costs.
