Responsibilities

  • ● Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
  • ● Supporting the participant with personal care needs
  • ● Supervising and supporting learning and development, including homework and daily routines
  • ● Providing safe, compassionate, and structured support tailored to the participant
  • ● Encouraging skill-building, independence, and engagement in daily activities
  • ● Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to ensure consistent support
  • ● You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:
  • ● Ability to safely supervise and contribute to learning and development
  • ● Excellent communication and reliability
  • ● A friendly and non-judgmental approach
  • ● NDIS Compliance
  • ● You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):

  • ● Current First Aid and CPR
  • ● ABN (for contractors)
