We’re looking to welcome another friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic person to our little team.<br><br>We’re looking for someone who loves vintage, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to be part of a fun, welcoming work environment. We’re a small team, so finding someone who genuinely enjoys being here, takes pride in their work, and is excited to help our store thrive means a lot to us!<br><br>Flexibility is a very important part of this position. We’re looking for someone with an adaptable schedule who is available to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts. As a small business, having a dependable team we can count on makes all the difference. We’re hoping to find someone who is excited to settle in, become part of the team, and grow with us!<br><br>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br>* Welcoming customers, answering questions, and helping make every shopping experience a great one.<br>* Operating our Square point-of-sale system and learning our in-house cash-handling procedures.<br>* Keeping the store tidy, organized, and looking its best throughout the day.<br>* Helping keep our vendors’ booths neat, picking up merchandise, and maintaining beautiful displays.<br>* Restocking and organizing merchandise to keep the store looking fresh.<br>* Helping vendors and coworkers wherever needed throughout the day.<br>* Pitching in with the little things that keep our store running smoothly.<br><br>A Little About You<br><br>* You love vintage, thrifting, unique finds, and all things secondhand!<br>* You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy chatting with people from all walks of life.<br>* You’re dependable, punctual, and take pride in doing your job well.<br>* You have a flexible schedule and are comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.<br>* You enjoy staying busy, keeping things organized, and finding ways to help out.<br>* You’re a team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit group.<br>* You’re eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.<br>* You live in Nova Scotia year-round and are looking for a position you can commit to long-term.<br><br>Retail experience is definitely an asset, but it’s not everything! We’re happy to teach the right person our systems.
