About the Company

Business Development Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned feeder schools by participate various fairs or organizing events to generate new leads. Be responsible in exploring new potential feeder's schools. Improve awareness of INTI in feeder schools. To be involved with campus events to drive Superior Customer/Student Experience. E.g. campus tour, conduct team building activities, programme briefing, transportation and logistics, venue bookings. Driving cost leadership to improve productivity. Grow Enrolment Able to counsel and advise students & parents on programme by attending walk-in, write-in, phone-in, and email enquiries. Responsible for growing new local enrolment on a cyclical basis, contributing to the yearly target. Others Prepare and participate in departmental and general staff meetings to check-in sales performance, address issue and exchange information. Other duties assigned by the management. REQUIREMENTS : Fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people are strongly encouraged to apply Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Applicants must have own transport. Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Has outstanding communication skills - both written and oral (Mandarin, Malay and English). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin
