We are a coaching business that has placed 20+ trainers in 20+ clubs around Melbourne and Sydney. You coach, we handle the rest, the leads, the admin, the marketing and the systems.
Responsibilities
- ● Show up to your sessions with confirmed bookings
- ● Work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- ● Track your clients and plan your sessions
- ● Follow systems that work
- ● Take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive
Requirements
- ● Be accountable and own your mistakes
- ● Be structured and track your clients
- ● Be hungry for a real career
- ● Be coachable
- ● Have Cert III and IV in Fitness, or be finishing soon
- ● Have First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check in place
