Bhd., a trusted authorized Proton e'MAS dealership, is looking for a Body & Paint Claim Admin to support our workshop operations. If you love keeping things running smoothly and enjoy coordinating parts, inventory, and documentation, this role is perfect for you What You'll Do: Undertake administrative functions at the Body and Paint Workshop. Compiles, prepares and execute end to end insurance claim process. Liaises closely in respect of on insurance outstanding claims payment. Maintains records of claims made and payments received. Ensure reception process comply with Proton e'MAS standard guidelines. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. What We're Looking For: Minimum Diploma in any related field. At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in automotive, body & paint, or parts administration. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Well-organized, responsible, and able to work in a team-based environment.
