About the Company

Job Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize transport planning process, from route planning, maximizing loadibility per trip and efficient truck type selection Transport operations execution and documentation completeness Daily Planning for truck scheduling, truck deployment and truck optimization for both owned and outsourced Daily Progress on Shipments Update. Handling shipment discrepancy with ability on problem solving and root cause analysis for improvements . Timely communication and updates to all stakeholders Lead and manage the Driver and Helper team, and outsourced Transporter to meet KPIs Maintenance of GPS for owned trucks Renewal of truck licenses, inspections and permits for owned trucks Controlling the departmental operations budget, monitoring expenses and Continuous cost saving initiatives Optimize transportation processes to meet Company Objectives and Customer Experience. Job Requirements: A bachelor degree / Diploma in Logistic or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry. Minimum of 3-5 years experience. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Proven leadership in a comparable environment; including management of exempt level staff. Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills. Project management skills PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel. Strong knowledge in SAP; experience with voice pick technology is a plus.
