About the Company

Your Next Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Assistant Manager who will work closely with the Client Relationship department and the Director, Head of Client Relationship to support the onboarding activities of new clients and intermediaries. In this role, you will assist in coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring that client information and documentation are collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client onboarding requirements and ensure a positive client experience
  • Setup, manage, and maintain new business onboarding files, trackers, and status reports
  • Track and drive timely follow up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters
  • Liaise with compliance team on KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
  • Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements in a timely manner
  • Review onboarding documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for new business approval processes
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process through effective coordination across cross-functional teams
  • Identify and escalate high-risk or complex onboarding cases where necessary

  • Education
  • Diploma and above
  • Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the financial or corporate services industry in client due diligence or onboarding administrative roles. Experienced candidates will be considered for a Client Onboarding Manager role and compensation will commensurate accordingly
  • Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and client due diligence is preferred
  • Organised: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, ensure accuracy, and follow through on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Motivated: Resilient under pressure, able to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership while meeting deadlines
  • Strong Communication: Clear written and verbal communication
