About the Role

Develop Technical Curricula: Design and update structured training programs for specific engine types (LEAP 1-A & -B) and module overhauls in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals. Manage Hands-on & Digital Training: Plan classroom lessons and practical, workshop-floor instruction on specialized MRO processes like borescope inspections, module disassembly, component rework, and engine test cell calibration. Manage On-the-Job Training (OJT): Oversee apprentice training paths, track task-card sign-offs, and deploy smart technology aids like electronic task cards. Enforce Strict Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all educational procedures strictly align with aviation airworthiness standards, such as CAAS Part 145, EASA Part-145, or FAA regulations. Conduct Human Factors & EHS Briefings: Train staff on Human Factors in aviation maintenance, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, and workshop safety to reduce operational errors.

Requirements

  • ● Licensing/Certifications:
  • ● Possession of an Aircraft Maintenance License (such as CAAS B1.1) or equivalent is highly advantageous.
  • ● Certification in adult training or instructional design (e.g., ACLP or equivalent) is preferred.
  • ● Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with engine structures, teardown procedures, Quality Management Systems (AS9110/AS9100), and interpreting complex engine manuals and technical drawings.
