Responsibilities

- ● Telesales Executive (Tamil & Malayalam)
- ● Job Summary:
- ● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- ● Maintain and manage existing customers and encourage continued use of company services/products
- ● Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns as per company guidelines
- ● Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and daily sales activities
- ● Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution
- ● Achieve productivity and sales targets within deadlines
- ● Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
- ● Use CRM systems and MS Office tools effectively
- ● to 5 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
- ● Hindi speaking is mandatory
- ● Additional language proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ● Good team player with multitasking ability
- ● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- ● Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- ● Female candidates preferred
