About the Company

Responsibilities
- ● Lead, coach, and develop the team
- ● Coordinate and monitor daily operations
- ● Ensure optimal guest experience and service quality
- ● Maintain contacts with owners, guests, suppliers, government agencies, and headquarters
- ● Identify and implement operational improvements
- ● Take responsibility for planning, budgeting, and financial results
- ● Be operationally active in the park and assist where needed
- ● Contribute to the further development of the park
- ● Ensure the operation runs smoothly, the team knows what to do, and guests feel welcome
- ● Be visible in the park, maintain overview, and manage various tasks and interests
Requirements
- ● Have HBO work and thinking level, e.g., from hotel management, facility management, leisure or a comparable field
- ● Have leadership experience within hospitality, recreation, horeca or a comparable environment
- ● Be strong in organization, planning, and maintaining overview
- ● Be visible on the work floor and know how to positively guide staff
- ● Be guest-oriented, result-oriented, and solution-focused
- ● Be able to work independently and feel responsible
