Job Description Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of APAC customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems. The focus of this team is to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way for customers. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and affect the parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers. Here's how you'll be contributing: You'll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, which includes funnel analysis to optimize conversions across the customer journey from onboarding, retention to reactivation You'll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set growth KPIs for the region and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness and engagement You'll own analytics for 2-3 APAC markets, using data to identify and size growth opportunities, meas

Requirements

  • ● Ideal candidate would have:
  • ● At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance
  • ● Strong analytical mind and product intuition
  • ● Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
  • ● Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
  • ● Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills
  • ● Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
  • ● Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
  • ● Good to have:
