Responsibilities

- ● Oversee daily opening, closing, and floor operations to ensure smooth outlet functioning
- ● Lead, roster, and train the outlet team to maintain high performance and service standards
- ● Drive sales and booking performance to meet or exceed monthly targets
- ● Manage cash handling, perform daily sales reconciliation, and monitor stock levels accurately
- ● Address customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- ● Maintain equipment functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the outlet
- ● Report sales, attendance, and incidents promptly and accurately to management
- ● Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ● -2 years of supervisory experience in retail, F&B, or entertainment sectors
- ● Ability to lead a small team and work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- ● Proficient in using POS and booking systems and interpreting basic sales figures
- ● Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus for customer interaction
