Responsibilities

  • ● Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer :
  • ● Collect payments from delinquent customers.
  • ● Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
  • ● On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
  • ● Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  • ● Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
  • ● Handle Banking & Telco clients

Requirements

  • ● SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • ● With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
  • ● Good communication skills (BM & English).
  • ● Self-discipline and Team player.
  • ● Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage
