Responsibilities
- ● Greet customers in the showroom professionally and understand their needs.
- ● Present products, explain features and benefits, and help customers choose.
- ● Close sales, issue invoices and arrange delivery when needed.
- ● Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- ● Keep the showroom tidy and well merchandised.
- ● Monitor product availability on the floor and coordinate restocking with the warehouse.
- ● Record customer details and follow up to encourage repeat purchases.
- ● Handle inquiries, complaints, exchanges and returns according to company policy.
- ● Bachelor's degree.
- ● Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in the UAE.
- ● Professional appearance, outgoing personality and strong communication and persuasion skills.
- ● Able to work shifts and weekends.
- ● Fluent spoken Arabic and English.
- ● Currently residing in the UAE.
