About the Role

We're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers for active overnight shifts in Ballarat and surrounding areas. Please note: this is an ABN subcontractor role, not employment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide active overnight support to participants in their home
  • ● Assist with personal care, routines and daily living tasks as needed
  • ● Support each participant's safety, comfort and wellbeing through the night
  • ● Follow each participant's support plan and keep clear shift notes
  • ● Communicate openly with the THRIVE team
  • ● What you'll need
  • ● A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • ● Current First Aid and CPR
  • ● Australian work rights
  • ● Your own ABN (or be happy to get one)
  • ● A caring, reliable and professional approach
  • ● A family run and operated team
  • ● Shifts can also include day, evening and weekend support
  • ● A supportive team that values respect and good communication
