• ● Job Responsibilities:
• ● To develop, sustain and improve process to meet technology development goals, as well as manage a group of Engineers and Associate Engineers, if necessary.
• ● Deep knowledge on multiple processes and good understanding on integration impact
• ● Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements
• ● Initiate and drive projects to improve quality, cost and equipment throughput
• ● Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
• ● Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability
• ● Able to understand process road map, define and plan for the project systematically
• ● Work smoothly and suggest constructively to integration team on process integration
• ● Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
• ● Technical leadership in the group and be a coach to the Senior Engineers and Engineers
• ● Other Responsibilities:
• ● Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• ● Required Qualifications:
• ● BS degree or Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required
• ● Relevant working experience
• ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
