Junior / Senior / Lead Scheduler

Job Description:<br><br>Independently manage project planning and scheduling activities for assigned projects or major work packages across all phases of data center construction.<br><br>Will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting project schedules to ensure alignment with owner objectives, contractual milestones, and delivery requirements.<br><br>Will act as a primary day-to-day scheduling contact for project stakeholders, provide schedule analysis and recommendations, review contractor schedules, and support project leadership in managing schedule risks and recovery actions<br><br>Develop, manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.<br><br>Define schedule activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and key interfaces in collaboration with project stakeholders.<br><br>Establish and maintain schedule baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.<br><br>Independently analyze critical paths, float, constraints, dependencies, and schedule performance.<br><br>Track project progress on an agreed cadence and prepare schedule reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and forecasts for project and client stakeholders.<br><br>Review actual progress against planned schedules and assess causes and impacts of schedule variances.<br><br>Identify, assess, and actively manage schedule risks and potential delays, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.<br><br>Perform “what-if” analyses, scenario planning, schedule impact assessments, and sensitivity analyses.<br><br>Develop recovery and acceleration schedules where projects experience delays or disruption.<br><br>Review contractor and supplier schedules for completeness, logic, alignment, and integration with the overall project schedule.<br><br>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to validate and communicate schedule updates.<br><br>Use and maintain scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).<br><br>Ensure schedule updates comply with project controls, financial, business, and governance requirements.<br><br>Maintain historical schedule data and analyze schedule performance and lessons learned.<br><br>Review the work of Junior Schedulers and provide day-to-day coaching and technical guidance.<br><br>Independently resolve routine scheduling issues and escalate significant delays, risks, or decisions to the Lead Scheduler or project leadership.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in one of the following or a related discipline:<br><br>Engineering<br><br>Construction Management<br><br>Project Management<br><br>Quantity Surveying<br><br>Architecture<br><br>Planning or Project Controls<br><br>Minimum of 5 years of relevant project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.<br><br>Demonstrated experience independently developing and managing complex construction schedules.<br><br>Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, float analysis, milestone management, and progress measurement.<br><br>Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.<br><br>Experience performing schedule risk analysis, impact assessments, recovery planning, and schedule forecasting.<br><br>Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple workstreams into an overall project schedule.<br><br>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br><br>Ability to communicate schedule risks, impacts, and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders.<br><br>Ability to supervise and review junior scheduling team members and independently manage scheduling for assigned projects or major work packages.<br><br>KRIS INFOTECH PTE.
