About the Role

As our Video Editor, you will play an important role in bringing ideas and raw footage to life. You should understand how to create engaging content for today's digital platforms while adapting your editing style to suit different projects and audiences. Because this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who can manage their workload responsibly, communicate progress clearly, and take ownership of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • ● Edit engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • ● Edit long-form videos, including YouTube and promotional content, when required.
  • ● Edit content across multiple projects and brands.
  • ● Add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and other creative elements where appropriate.
  • ● Follow creative briefs, reference videos, and project instructions.
  • ● Adapt editing styles to suit different types of content.
  • ● Organize raw footage, project files, and completed videos properly.
  • ● Complete requested revisions and apply feedback accurately.
  • ● Ensure videos meet quality standards before submission.
  • ● Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • ● Keep assigned tasks and project progress updated using the company's designated systems.
