Responsibilities
- ● Assist the Finance Manager in consolidating outbound records for chilled products
- ● Handle driver trip incentive calculations and verify import shipment invoices
- ● Process and record accounting transactions accurately
- ● Review and convert Delivery Orders (DO) into invoices
- ● Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with internal audit requirements
- ● Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- ● Diploma or degree in finance and management
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ● Good personality, including teamwork, initiative, and working smart
