• ● Position: Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager
• ● Location: Central (Based on the project's location)
• ● Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
• ● Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• ● Job Responsibilities:
• ● To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• ● Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• ● Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations
• ● Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team
• ● Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity
• ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance
• ● Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
• ● Job Requirements:
• ● At least Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• ● Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor
• ● Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• ● Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards
• ● Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
