About the Company

Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting. Conduct requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, process analysis and gap analysis. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. Support EPM implementation, enhancement and transformation projects. Work closely with developers/configuration teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into EPM solutions. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, functional specifications and test scenarios. Support data mapping, data validation and integration requirements between EPM and source systems. Coordinate SIT, UAT and defect resolution with business and technology teams. Analyse financial data and investigate data reconciliation or reporting issues. Support month-end, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes where required. Facilitate workshops and provide demonstrations/training to business users. Work with project managers and technical teams to track deliverables, dependencies and risks. Identify opportunities to improve existing Finance/EPM processes through automation and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • -10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst, preferably within Finance/EPM environments.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more EPM platforms:
  • Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion
  • Oracle Planning & Budgeting
  • Similar EPM platforms
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of financial data structures, dimensions, hierarchies and chart of accounts.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
