Responsibilities

  • ● Storekeeper:
  • ● Receive, check and record incoming goods and materials.
  • ● Arrange and store items properly according to designated locations.
  • ● Operate forklift to load, unload and move goods and materials safely.
  • ● Issue materials, spare parts and equipment based on requests.
  • ● Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • ● Perform regular stock checking and physical stock counts.
  • ● Update stock records and inventory in the system.
  • ● Prepare and process stock-related documents such as DO and GRN.
  • ● Coordinate with Purchasing, Service and other departments regarding stock requirements.
  • ● Ensure all items are properly labelled and stored.
  • ● Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper arrangement of the store.
  • ● Monitor and follow up on stock discrepancies.
  • ● Assist in preparing and arranging items for technician/service jobs.
  • ● Ensure proper documentation and filing of store records.
  • ● What You'll Need To Have
  • ● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • ● Minimum 1 year of working experience in storekeeping, warehouse, inventory or related field.
  • ● Must be able to operate a forklift.
  • ● Valid forklift license/certificate is an added advantage.
