Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• ● Manually pack goods accurately for shipping and invoicing to meet shipment schedules
• ● Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists for forwarders and couriers to facilitate booking arrangements
• ● Update transaction records and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory and order status
• ● Communicate with operations, sales, and asset teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules
• ● Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• ● Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and report collation to support warehouse operations
• ● Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support warehouse efficiency
• ● Required competencies and certifications
• ● Ability to lift cartons weighing at least 20kg to safely handle warehouse goods
• ● Preferred competencies and qualifications
• ● Completion of at least Secondary Education or higher
• ● Other Information
• ● Working days: Alternate 5 and 6 days per week
• ● Working hours: 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
• ● Overtime work required when necessary
