Responsibilities

  • ● Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • ● Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • ● Coordinate with content, design, clinical, business, and brand teams.
  • ● Develop content ideas for campaigns, events, awareness days, and brand initiatives.
  • ● Coordinate content from ideation and approval through final publishing.
  • ● Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  • ● Manage social media requirements across multiple brands, programs, centres, and initiatives.
  • ● Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
  • ● Track reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves, and profile activity.
  • ● Prepare social media performance reports and identify high- and low-performing content.
  • ● Monitor competitor and industry social media activity.
  • ● Suggest improvements based on audience behaviour and content performance.
  • ● Required Skills
  • ● Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
  • ● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • ● Knowledge of Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • ● Strong written communication skills.
  • ● Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple deadlines and social media handles simultaneously.
  • ● Proactive approach with strong ownership of content calendars.
