Change Management Lead

Executive Level 1, Ongoing 121,755 - 132,713 + 15.4% super Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth We are seeking two highly capable change management leads to lead the planning and implementation of change management activities across the portfolio of programs and projects. One role will be ongoing and more focused on change capability building and advice and support, and the other focused primarily on project change support. These roles play a key part in supporting the realisation of the bureau's transformation agenda, providing expert guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as other enabling roles such as business analysts and communications professionals. The successful candidates will build and maintain strong relationships with key business areas and stakeholders to ensure that change management planning accurately captures and assesses the impacts of change. They will also develop and implement effective strategies to enable the successful adoption and sustainability of new ways of working designed by program and delivery teams. Additionally, the roles will contribute to the ongoing development of the enterprise transformation framework and approach, through the use and maintenance of key artefacts, tools, templates, and reports.
