Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
  • ● Manage inventory and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • ● Organize and optimize storage space and product layout for faster fulfillment.
  • ● Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment (Amazon, Noon, Shopify) and on-time handover to couriers.
  • ● Manage, inspect and process returns.
  • ● Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations on inventory planning and replenishment.
  • ● Lead the warehouse team, assign tasks and shifts, and evaluate performance.
  • ● Enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • ● Track KPIs (inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, error rate) and report regularly.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 5 years in warehouse management, including at least 2 in a managerial role.
  • ● Solid knowledge of safety standards and inventory methods (FIFO / FEFO).
  • ● Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • ● Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • ● Currently residing in the UAE, a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
