Responsibilities

• ● sues, oversee cleaning and repair work, support school events, and assist with logistics and traffic duties to ensure smooth school operations.
• ● Open and close classrooms and learning resource rooms to ensure timely access and security
• ● Inspect classrooms, toilets, and school facilities to identify and report faulty equipment or fixtures promptly
• ● Accompany maintenance contractors during pest control, electrical, plumbing, and repair works to ensure proper execution
• ● Monitor cleaning and maintenance work and provide feedback to maintain facility standards
• ● Support school events by assisting with logistics arrangements and performing traffic warden duties to ensure safety and order
• ● Required competencies and certifications
• ● Ability to understand simple English to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• ● Physical strength and good health to perform operational and physical tasks safely
• ● Willingness to undergo on-the-job training provided by the school to acquire necessary skills
• ● Preferred competencies and qualifications
• ● No prior working experience required; open to candidates willing to learn and support school operations

• ● Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• ● Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm
