Responsibilities

  • ● Contact potential clients through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls
  • ● Provide detailed information about immigration, work permits, visit visas, and residency programs
  • ● Understand the client's profile and suggest suitable immigration options
  • ● Convert inquiries into booked consultation appointments
  • ● Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM
  • ● Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
  • ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • ● Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
  • ● Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).
  • ● Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or call center is a plus.
  • ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
