Responsibilities
- ● Provide friendly and professional customer service
- ● Take orders and assist customers with menu questions
- ● Food and drink service
- ● Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
- ● Work closely with the kitchen and other team members
- ● Follow restaurant procedures and food safety standards
- ● Assist with opening and closing duties
- ● Help the team during busy service periods
- ● Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
- ● Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ● Ability to work well as part of a team
- ● Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- ● Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods
- ● Must be available to work weekends, evenings and busy trading periods
