About the Company

Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the pastry team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Effectively manage and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Pastry Manufacturing: Oversee the production of high-quality pastries, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new pastry recipes and products. Research and Development (R&D): Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in pastry production. Conduct R&D activities to create innovative and appealing pastry offerings. Costing and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate cost calculations for pastry production. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to recipes, production processes, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • ● Minimum of 3years of experience in pastry manufacturing.
  • ● Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
