Job Description: POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY: To meet and greet donors and assist donors with carrying items. Assist with the efficient processing of raw materials to and through the sorting, baling, and/or shipping systems by exercising safe and careful material handling procedures while adhering to established categories and standards. When performed effectively, this position will ensure excellent donor & guest service, reduce losses and maximize sales and profitability. Requirements

  • ● Willingness to develop an understanding and support for the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and its implications as related to position responsibilities.
  • ● Work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations and abide by The Salvation Army's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • ● Alternative combination of education and Experience may be considered.

  • ● The target hiring range for this position is 15.90 to 18.80 with a maximum of 21.69.
