Requirements
- ● Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel events, banquets, MICE, hospitality, or a similar role.
- ● Strong event planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
- ● Good knowledge of hotel banquet or event operations.
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel or event management systems is an advantage.
- ● Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- ● Presentable, professional, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
